First-hand material. Two kinds, kept in one place because they are the same act: going to look, rather than reading what somebody concluded.
Interviews
A paper tells you what was done, but never why a decision was made. For that you have to ask — and what usually comes back is that the person who built the thing cannot fully account for how it works either.
That gap is the research. Semi-structured interviews with people making gameful interactive installations, across different countries and practices, all circling one question:
Do they recognise game mechanics in their own language for what they do — or is it happening without a name?
Observations
Exhibition and festival notes, written from inside the audience rather than about it. What actually happened in the room, put down before it gets tidy.

Adding something
One page per interview, one page per visit. Written the same day if possible — the value is in what has not yet been rationalised.
This is where the playtests will go. Two pages is the honest state of this section today; the sessions that test the prototype belong here, and they are the largest thing still missing from this site.
